1. What To Plant
Plant Recommendations + Drawings for you to follow
If you have ever stood in a garden centre totally bewildered by what to buy, this service is for you. We meet in your garden and explore how you can turn your dream of a beautiful garden into reality!
Next, I will email you a list of the plants I recommend you use, along with a planting plan of what goes where. My personalised plant lists are designed so that you will have plants and foliage throughout the year, with guidance on planting and care.
As an additional service, I can source plants on your behalf from specialist nurseries and suppliers.

My plans and plant lists are designed so your garden works in harmony with nature and without the need for chemicals. A few months later, I will come and see how your plants are doing.

2. Garden Design Plans:
Plans & Drawings for you to follow
Design Advice + Plant Recommendations + Maintenance Plan
This service is for anyone undertaking a redesign or garden overhaul themselves, but could do with some expert design and planting advice before starting work.

We meet in your garden so I can really understand your intentions and preferences, your personal style and how you will be using the garden. Your soil type, shady and sunny spots and your lifestyle are all taken into account.
​
I return with rough drawings for soft landscaping, social areas and the position every single plant will go in.
The drawings are accompanied by plant lists so you know exactly what to buy. The plant list comes with advice and recommendations on planting schedules and general care. This Maintenance Plan will help you understand what the fussy plants need, and which ones you can leave alone!

My designs factor for sustainable and environmentally happy gardens. A few months later, I will come and see how your plants are doing.

3. Full Design & Planting Service
Design + Planting & Soft Landscaping + Maintenance Plan
Step 1
Whether you have a clear vision or haven't a clue where to start, we begin with a discovery meeting in your garden. I'll want to understand your preferences and lifestyle, your budget and of course, thoroughly explore the plot.

From English cottage gardens to lively family gardens to sleek urban spaces, it's always best to start with a good plan.
Step 2
I return with design concepts including a mood board and rough sketches for soft landscaping and recommendations for specific plants, trees or shrubs.
​
Step 3
With the design approved, I provide a scale presentation plan and we can set a schedule to start work transforming your garden.
I design and plan for environmentally kind gardens, meaning you won't need to use chemicals. If you want to level-up to an uber wildlife friendly garden, I'd be delighted to plan for that too.
​
Step 4
Embedded in my garden designs is a knowledge of horticulture and what will thrive in your garden. I design for each season so as one plant dies back, another will flourish.
Once all the work is complete, I'll give you have a Maintenance Plan so you know exactly how to care for your plants and garden. I'll even come by a few months later to see how it's looking and give more advice if you need it.

Price
Prices start from: £850 for an average sized plot or area + materials, but please contact me for a quote as every garden is different.

Please note: Initial 'Step 1' meetings are chargeable, redeemable against future invoices if you proceed to Step 2 and 3.
Soft Landscaping
Soft landscaping involves working with the shapes of plants, flowers, hedges, lawns and trees to recreate your garden using natural elements, such as:
